Returns
As all items are strictly made to order, we are only able to offer a refund or exchange if your item is faulty.
Each item is made to last, we guarantee longevity by checking each item for defects before leaving the studio. In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing fault, we will happily repair the problem or if beyond repair replace the item.
B2B orders - All designs are produced according to information provided, however we strongly advise that pre-production samples are made and any subsequent changes are discussed, as Ventura Foreman can accept no liability if the outcome does not meet the customers expectation.
Please use our ‘Contact’ Form or email studio@venturaforeman.com and include the following details:
-Your name
-Invoice number
-The item you wish to return
-Brief description of fault
We recommend that customers send returned parcels using a recorded/tracked service as we are not liable to cover the cost of loss or damage to parcels (postage will not be refunded).
To avoid any custom charges, please mark the package clearly- Returned Goods.
Once we've received your item, we will repair, replace or refund as agreed with you.
We are a small business run by two people, so will always work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order.
