Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been sent.

If the goods have been sent as ordered they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Carriage charges will be chargeable for return postage and for the replacement product, please consider this when you decide to return an item. Please ensure that if you are returning an item that you get proof of postage as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

In the event you would like to exchange an item, please email studio@venturaforeman.com for return details.

Please ensure that if you are returning an item that you get proof of postage as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If it is approved we will ask that you pay for the postage for the replacement product, once this is received we will send the new item out.

 

If you have purchased a custom order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of the service.

 

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
